I have installed XAMP from the xampp-win32-1.7.1-installer.exe installer.
After that I have updated the memory_limit in "C:\xampp\php\php.ini" to memory_limit = 128M;
Don't forget to reboot the webserver!
With this configuration your mailed files are working without any problem.
