Cannot log out of anonymous

I have noticed that once a user is logged into anonymous when there are no privileges enabled for the user causes an unusual side affect where if you attempt to log in as another user, or simply log out it fails to do so. In order to log in as another you you have to clear cache/cookies to do so.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Log in as admin
2) Go to config -> Users -> click on anonymous
3) Un-check Media, and select save
4) Log out of admin, and log in as anonymous
5) Attempt to log out

Expected Results:

This should allow you to log out of anonymous by either selecting login as a different user, or logout at the bottom.

Actual Results:

Attempting to log out of switch to another user causes a look, and shows the same message on the screen requiring browsing history to be cleared to log in.+

Thanks ix6tech, this bug will be fixed in the upcoming release.
