- Only show new added albums to users with "popular" privilege.
- Migrate from time based to random album_id.
- New track_md5 database field for detecting identical track content.
- Update track_id based on track_md5 hash (without exposing de MD5 hash).
- Maxmind API update to the new permalink/R2 presigned URL download.
