After testing IE 8, Firefox 3.5, and other various browsers I get the following message when trying to log in to the script:

What do you mean with:

Re: Error: invalid regular expression flag o
After completing testing; I had noticed that this issue exists in releases 5.17,5.18,5.19, and 5.20. It seems that 5.16c and earlier I have not run into this particular issue. Not sure whats exactly causes it. I do know its an issue with javascript not running correctly in any of the browsers.
Side Note:
Browser versions that experience the issue:
Firefox 3.6.3
Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18702

Ok, already found a workaround for it.
Apparently if you use 5.16c or earlier then move to a later version with the incremental update on the same database it fixes the issue.
