I'm currently running 2 separate CentOS boxes, each with netjukebox and mpd (ONLY mpd playback is allowed). Each system feeds a different set of speakers on different floors of a fraternity.
If possible I'd like to try and combine these together, but to do that I have to be able to assign a player profile to a specific user. Anybody know if there's a way to do this or not?
thx, Darin

Re: Per user player profile ?
I have no solution for your problem.
Maybe another approach can help you:
Install only one instance of netjukebox and configure two or more MPD client (localhost, IP-adres from client)
A working SAMBA network share should be installed on the server.
I have tested it with MPD on the server and VLC on the client (VLC can of course be replaced with MPD).
